It is never a good idea to toot your own horn. Sometimes however, we must put modesty to the side and if possible, have someone toot it for us.
My thanks to some of those I have had the pleasure of working with over the years who were kind enough to offer some ‘toots’ on their own or when asked.
“I am a keen study of human behavior. I felt your speech, comical deliveries, enunciation, body language, and gestures were reminiscent of the late, great Johnny Carson, and I can’t think of no greater compliment. You are, in essence, a marvelous performer.Your presentation & exercises were alluring and kept the entire group genuinely interested. Your methods have an inexplicable dynamic, and I felt you kept us on the edge of our seats the entire session.”
“You are definitely the best seminar speaker I’ve seen in the time I’ve been organizing these seminars!”
“A master of public speaking with a clean & cunning sense of Ha Ha!”

“Tim was a guest speaker at our Toronto Motion Picture & Television Credit Association meeting. In the short time that Tim spoke to the group not only was he an outstanding motivator, but he also validated what we were doing right and what processes we could improve. The group was captivated by his sense of humour and reference to everyday situations. I highly recommend attending one of Tim’s seminars for both the seasoned credit professional and novice alike. I know I’ll be sending my staff on the full day training session in the near future.”
I have invited many trainers for my programs in Indonesia, Tim Paulsen is one of the best! The delegates are very happy. Tim’s humor and depth understanding about the collection strategies makes the training class lively and knowledge packed program. His book “Paid in Full” is a must read for all credit and collection people. I strongly recommend Tim for Collection Strategies Training and Negotiation Class Training. It’s worth the money!”
“TR Paulsen has brought light to our Collection & Recovery. Tim and the team has made collection job less daunting by providing the right collection tools and processes in place. I have never seen anyone bringing in so much energy and excitement to Collection. Most importantly however is the debt philosophy that has been established that made the Management, Collection Team and other related departments more aligned and focused. A great and enjoyable experience throughout the project .”
“Thank you for the wonderful presentation on “Effective Collection Techniques” you delivered to the members of the California Revenue Officers Association at our annual Conference. Even though most of our members have been revenue collectors for many years, the feed back I received regarding your program was so positive. Your presentation was informative as well as entertaining. I would recommend your presentation to anyone who seeks new ideas and/or wants to improve their collection techniques.”

“The return on investment from Paulsen’s techniques and training methods were dramatic. We saw average dollars collected per rep increase significantly within a week of the training and monitoring sessions.”
“Any seminar presentation by Tim Paulsen is a “must attend”. Whether you have been in the business a short or long time, Mr. Paulsen will entertain, enlighten and educate you no matter what the subject.”
